Nothing provided during appointments—including but not limited to discussions, assessments, observations, testing, suggestions, recommendations, protocols, supplements, lifestyle guidance, or written materials—constitutes medical advice, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, nor should it be relied upon as such.

Clients acknowledge and agree that all services are undertaken voluntarily and at the client’s own risk. Desert Rose Healing AZ and the Practitioner make no guarantees, representations, or warranties, express or implied, regarding outcomes, results, or benefits of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, clients expressly agree that the Practitioner and Desert Rose Healing AZ assume no legal responsibility, liability, or accountability whatsoever for any outcomes, results, injuries, losses, adverse reactions, or damages—known or unknown—arising directly or indirectly from any appointment, recommendation, protocol, supplement, or information provided.

Clients retain full responsibility for all health decisions, actions, and outcomes. Clients agree to consult with a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, protocol, medication, treatment, or healthcare plan, and for any medical concerns or conditions.

By engaging in services with Desert Rose Healing AZ, clients acknowledge that they understand and accept these terms in full and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the Practitioner and Desert Rose Healing AZ from any and all claims or causes of action now or in the future.
